This workshop provides essential steps toward understanding the many approaches to raising money for a project, and informs how to best determine what’s right for you.

From Festivals to Cinemas to Broadcast to Digital: Surveying Your Distribution Options
Wednesday, April 30 | 6:30 – 8:00PM
Knowing your options for distribution and establishing a clear set of goals for your film—as early as the pre-production phase—are essential for your film’s success. This workshop presents how to explore the different markets (i.e. theatrical, educational, broadcast, home video, public screenings) and determine the right fit. Topics include: developing the public image of your film; navigating the film festival circuit; pitching to buyers; and negotiating contracts. An essential workshop for any filmmaker who wants their work to be seen! Presented by WMM Executive Director,
Debra Zimmerman.
