Fronza Woods, a Detroiter turned Manhattanite, is a writer/filmmaking now living in southern France. She has worked on numerous independent films, was assistant sound engineer on John Sayles' feature "The Brother from Another Planet," and taught basic filmmaking at the University of Wisconsin, Milwaukee.
